Helloo Oaklands Park...Goodbye dear Henley Beach
Since ive got the sms from the evils, i immediately cari umah through websites, newspapers and ads. Bukan senang nak cari umah AUD$150 ke bawah. i tried to look at real estate agents rental properties, tapi semuanya mahal plus bukan senang nak dapat umah from rental agent, kena go through macam2...and belum tentu im selected. BUANG MASA....so real estate agents...cutttt!!
Pastu, cari pulak kat adelaideexchange website..ader satu dekat henley beach..so i called and make an appointment on the same day. Tapikan, i have a bad feeling on this one coz the girl sounds aussie...susahh ooo..duduk gan omputih ni...banyak songehh. When i arrived at her house, ohh yaaa...jangkaan aku mmg betul...dia pun nampak terkejut bila nampak aku..hahahha...terus dia buat muka taik dia cam malas nak layan la. Tapi takper, aku sabar....gi jer tengok..masuk jer umah dia...ohh yes..mmg la cantik plus dia ader kucing lagi...cutee tapi tak se- cute tomot aku. Dia tunjukla kawasan umah, n bilik yg kononnya aku nak sewa la, she said that, its her sister's room..alamakkk....umah family dia rupanya. OK..that's a big NOO...and dia kata, jgn buat ni, jgn letak sinila..mcam2. pastu, dia kata there is another GUY coming this weekend for the other room...aku pulak, terkejut coz in her ads, two female uni students, camner lak tertukar jantina pulak ni...another NOOO!!!..Nak dijadikan cerita pulak, dia siap bagi two sheets of paper contains house rules...ohh God, masa tu, aku rasa macam kena BOM jer...NOOOOO. Aku nampakla dia ni mmg memilih giler sebab banyak org dah tengok umah ni, its a really long list. Dia gitau arr...dia akan contact aku, kalau bilik tu still available...in my heart says" F**k Off!! and Go to hell!!" Tak ingin aku duduk gan kau. Blah la...pastu, bila aku kuar dari umah tu, baru satu langkah, dia terus tutup pintu, didnt even send me to the car.Lagila, aku menyampah gan aussie girls.
Without any hope or interest for that room, i continue my search for my new casa. i tried to go through unisa accommodation website...lagila mahal....sighhh!!Tapikan..tapikan...aku ternampak SA Student Housing, Noreen Morphetts...cam familiar nama tu...tapi kat mana yaaa?
Oh ya!!1 Arpannn!!!! Arpan duduk kat one of the student housing and his landlady named Noreen Morphetts. Sepantas kilat aku call Arpan and ask his favour to contact Noreen and tanya ader umah kosong tak?
YaAllah, happy yer aku, bila Arpan told me that there are three vacancies for one bedroom units at Oaklands Park available at the price of AUD$100 per week.
100 dollar??? r u serious?? well, the next day, me and Arpan when to SA Student Housing at City East, to meet Noreen and she show me the pics..its unfurnished but there are built-in wardrobe, stoves, etc..but takde fridge, katil..
Takper, boleh cari yg secondhand..plus Noreen recommend one electrical shop jual fridge murah..boleh pergi tengok...yg penting umah ni murah...
Esok, nak gi tengok lokasi umah (walking distance to Marion Shopping Centre and train station depan umah) gan Arpan...n pilih unit mana yg aku nak!! yeayyy!!! Noreen janji akan simpan satu unit untuk aku...sampai aku officially OUT from reedie street (25th April 2009). *sigh*
