I almost forgot ive own a blog after a crazy hectic life in Malaysia. This coming August gonna be my One year return to 'hell'. Not a total hell, but still its a hell..
Anyway, lets talk about a good things first before i ruin everything.
Ive been juggling and adjusting myself with my new world since i started working in customer care centre...(other word= call centre). Why the hell im there? Dont ask ...
For a Master degree holder working in call centre do raise lot of questions..even me, myself ask the same bloody question...but trust me, IM DESPERADO!!..
And now, i feel like shit and worst, i can see that i have disappoint my parents..i feel soo useless.
I know its not nice saying like that, but pls..do try work in call centre, pls do tell me, do u really enjoy it?
We are all degree holder and working like a piece of shit..customer can be shit stupid..
When you borrow money, of coz u have to pay la..if u pay late, of coz there are late charges la..
Damn assholes..especially all those cingkapipi people..even one cent or two cent also want to transfer credit balance. then, scream at us why is it taking so long to transfer. Aiya...its not our department in-charge on transferring your money la siao..if u want it so much..here, let me give u one ringgit la..#%^$%&$&$&%#!!!!
Yesterday at work, one of colleagues got scolded by Platinum cc customer, saying that we r low class people working as messenger reading info from screen. WTF!!!...
We have to learn hundred of products info and have to learn lots of systems just to help u people la weii!!All you know is to dial and scream at us.! We r also human la..think about it la.
Look at what ive got myself into..looking at my good life in Australia..even i think i can tolerate Bogan better than my own people.
Sigh....
if u see my face when i have to force myself to go to work...i bet u can recognise me!!..even i cant even recognise myself.
So, i try to find peace of mind..in Auckland..
